Singapore Work Permit 2025: Major Policy Reforms To Boost Foreign Workforce Flexibility

Starting from September 1, 2025, non-traditional sources of labor will be expanded to include cooks, truck drivers, and all kinds of industrial occupiers.

Digital And Supportive Improvements

The system for applications has gone completely digital, which has reduced the processing time. The Manpower for Strategic Economic Priorities scheme from May 2025 will allow firms that qualify to have an additional three years of quota flexibility.
